Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. The Fairways at Westridge provides one Assigned Uncovered space with each studio and one-bedroom apartment home, and two Assigned Uncovered spaces with each two-, and three-bedroom apartment home. Additional Assigned Uncovered spaces may be available to rent for $85 per month.
