Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. Shadow Point provides one Assigned Covered space with each apartment home. Additional Assigned Uncovered spaces may be available to rent for $25 per month, and Assigned Covered spaces for $55 per month.
