Our open-concept 1- and 1-bedroom-plus-den floor plans are sure to suit your lifestyle. Each apartment home showcases modern design with contemporary features such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, floor-to-ceiling windows, and hardwood-style vinyl flooring. Within each apartment for rent, you will also find conveniences such as a washer and dryer, large closets, and a cozy electric fireplace. Select homes invite you to extend your living space outdoors on your own private patio or balcony.

Outside our community, you won’t have to travel far to find everything you need. Our central location is within a short distance of a variety of daily conveniences like grocery stores, restaurants, and cafés. Grab some grub at neighborhood favorite, 5 Point Café, or check out amazing memorabilia at the Museum of Pop Culture. If retail therapy is more your style, the Westlake Shopping Center is less than a mile down the road.

Whether you stay in the neighborhood, or commute throughout Seattle or beyond, getting around is a breeze using the Link Light Rail, King County Metro, the Monorail, or Zipcar. Plus, easy access to I-5 will take you beyond the city to a variety of gorgeous nature escapes.
