Necessary Documentation
You'll need a few documents to get the leasing process started.
| Proof of Income Document | You may need bank statements, W-2 income statement, pay stubs, receipt of government income, receipt of retirement and/or investment income. |

Upon application, Essex will run a rental screening which may include a credit report. Check with the Leasing Team for other forms of acceptable proof of income documents.

We do not allow guardian dog breeds/crossbreeds, such as Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, Akitas, Bullmastiffs, Mastiffs, Wolf Dogs or any dog that the landlord believes is a related breed. Restrictions are subject to change without notice. Restrictions do not apply to dogs that aid disabled individuals for equal access to housing.
Parking Policy
Parkside Court provides one Assigned Uncovered, Assigned Covered, or Assigned Garage space with each one-bedroom apartment home, and two Assigned Uncovered, Assigned Covered, or Assigned Garage spaces with each two-bedroom apartment home.
