Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. San Marcos provides one Assigned Covered space with each apartment home. Additional Unassigned Uncovered spaces may be available to rent for $50 per month, and Assigned Uncovered spaces for $100 each per month.
