    Essex has partnered with Airbnb at select communities to offer residents the opportunity to participate in the Airbnb-friendly apartment program. Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. Please note that the Airbnb-friendly apartment program is not available at all communities.

Pure Redmond may have the following parking types available for rent: Assigned Uncovered spaces for $50 per month, Assigned Covered spaces for $75 per month, or Assigned Parking Garage spaces for $100 per month.
