Renaissance at Uptown Orange provides one Assigned Covered space with each studio and one-bedroom apartment home, and two Assigned Covered spaces with each two-bedroom apartment home. Additional Assigned Covered spaces or Assigned Motorcycle spaces may be available to rent for $50 per month, and Assigned Garage spaces for $175 per month.
