Parking

Belmont Station provides one Assigned Parking Garage space with each apartment home. Additional Assigned Parking Garage spaces may be available to rent for $125 per month, Assigned Parking Garage Tandem spaces for $175 per month, and Assigned Parking Garage EV spaces for $200 per month.

Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking availability and pricing are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice. For further inquiries, please reach out to our leasing team.
