Qualified residents may earn money renting their apartment for up to 90-days per year. Local rules and regulations apply. Evergreen Heights provides one Assigned Covered space or one Assigned Uncovered space with each apartment home. Additional Assigned Covered spaces may be available to rent for $50 per month, Assigned Uncovered spaces for $45 per month, and Assigned Garage spaces for $175 per month.

Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking availability and pricing are not guaranteed and subject to change without notice. For further inquiries, please reach out to our leasing team.
