Yes. You must provide documentation from your pet’s veterinarian showing that your cat or dog has been spayed or neutered.
Is there documentation I may be asked to provide for my pet?
Yes! Our on-site management team may require additional documentation for your pet, such as:
- Veterinary information showing your pet is spayed or neutered
- Proof of current vaccinations
- Up-to-date pet license number obtained from the city
- A photo of your pet
How much is a pet deposit, and what does it cover?
The pet deposit for most of our communities can range up to $500, but this may vary at each individual property. Your pet deposit covers any potential damage in your home caused by your pet, which will be determined at the time of move out. There may be an additional deposit required for a second pet. Do I have to pay a monthly fee for my pet?
Yes. Monthly pet fees range from $50 to $75 per pet and vary by individual community. Please contact your on-site management team for more information and pricing.
