Does Essex require a pet resume for my cat or dog?
While it is not required, we are happy to keep your four-legged family member’s resume on hand. It’s always great to have a single document that includes your pet’s medical history, age, breed, size, and any positive words from a former landlord, obedience trainer, or dog walker who can vouch for your pet’s behavior.
How much is a pet deposit, and what does it cover?
The pet deposit for most of our communities can range up to $500, but this may vary at each individual property. Your pet deposit covers any potential damage in your home caused by your pet, which will be determined at the time of move out. There may be an additional deposit required for a second pet. Do I have to pay a monthly fee for my pet?
